Our client employed us to recover their Inherent Diminished Value loss in the amount of $9,400.00. Allstate Insurance paid $8,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim under our clients Uninsured/Underinsured policy.

Repair Procedure Loss Dispute
Our client’s truck was left with severe hail damage from a recent storm. Our client had Progressive Insurance. Progressive Insurance issued a repair estimate for $18,096.78. The Certified Collision Facility chosen by our client issued a repair estimate with the required OEM procedures to return the truck back to it’s Pre-Hail OEM condition in the amount of $20,986.44.
Our client employed us to research the issue, and help resolve the $2,889.66 shortage Progressive denied liability for. After a thorough investigation of the facts of the claim, Progressive paid the $20,986.44 minus said deductible to restore our clients truck back to it’s Pre-Hail OEM condition.
Ford Mustang GT Hail Damage Total Loss
Liberty Mutual Insurance had deemed our client’s 2008 Ford Mustang GT a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $7,130.44.
We successfully settled his claim for a settlement of $13,653.12.
Net settlement increase was $6.522.68 or 92%.
