GAP Provider Liability Realignment
National General Insurance had deemed our client’s 2015 BMW 7 Series a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $24,042.00. National General settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $27.03 lagging balance with their lender Chrysler Capital after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $28,392.72. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $27.03 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $2,044.28 or 44.5%.
Net settlement increase was $3,561.74 or 14.3%
