Liberty Mutual Insurance had deemed our client’s 2015 Buick Lacrosse a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $13,958.00.
We successfully settled the claim for $16,425.00. The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $284.94 or 75.0%.
Net settlement increase was $2,467.00 or 17.7%.
