GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2015 Toyota RAV4 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $17,551.50. Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $628.00 lagging balance with their lender Capital One after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $19,765.99. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $628.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $535.13 or 44.1%.
Net settlement increase was $2,214.49 or 12.6%
