GAP Provider Liability Realignment
State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Toyota Highlander a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $29,341.77 State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,444.00 lagging balance with their lender Toyota Financial after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $17,564.25. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,444.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $480.14 or 14.2%.
Net settlement increase was $2,123.94 or 7.2%
