GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Farmers Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Toyota Tundra a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $31,191.88. Farmers settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,739.00 lagging balance with their lender Toyota Financial after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $35,349.44. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,739.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability to $0.00.
Net settlement increase was $4,157.56 or 13.3%
