GAP Provider Liability Realignment
USAA Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Chevrolet Traverse a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $14,623.39. USAA settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,434.00 lagging balance with their lender Capital One after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $20,017.71. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,434.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,214.47 or 71.8%.
Net settlement increase was $5,394.32 or 36.9%
