Our Client was involved in a right-end collision. The at-fault party had Safeco Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2017 Mercedes S65 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $21,443.87.
Safeco Insurance paid $8,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
