Our Client was involved in a rear-end side collision. The at-fault party had Kemper Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2018 Mercedes E back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $27,882.08.
Kemper Insurance paid 3,149.05. to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
