GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Nissan Altima a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $17,525.99. Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,228.00 lagging balance with their lender Communication Federal Credit Union after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $23,182.69. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,228.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,857.93 or 73.3%.
Net settlement increase was $5,656.70 or 32.3%
