GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Nissan Murano a Total Loss and offered his a settlement of $23,114.00. Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $2,072.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $25,926.44. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $2,072.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $111.04 or 8.5%.
Net settlement increase was $2,812.44 or 12.2%
