GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $13,528.19. Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $2,399.00 lagging balance with their lender Santander after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $19,727.29. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $2,399.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,354.25 or 66.7%.
Net settlement increase was $6,199.10 or 45.8%
