National General settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $146.26 lagging balance with their lender Coastal Federal Credit Union after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $35,638.25. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $146.26 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $2,586.84 or 48.5%.
