GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Progressive Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Toyota RAV4 a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $22,944.06. Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $210.22 lagging balance with their lender Communication Federal Credit Union after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $26,289.01. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $210.22 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $569.08 or 68.7%
Net settlement increase was $3,344.95 or 14.6%
