GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Progressive Insurance had deemed our client’s 2019 Toyota RAV4 a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $31,497.73. Progressive settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,645.95 lagging balance with their lender Capital One after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $34,395.53. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,645.95 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $451.85 or 21.0%.
Net settlement increase was $2,897.80 or 9.2%
