GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Buick Enclave a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $31,345.25. Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $5,065.00 lagging balance with their lender Security Service FCU after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $37,754.25. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $5,065.00 liability. There was no GAP Benefit originally.
Net settlement increase was $6,409.00 or 20.4%
