State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Chevrolet Trax a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $19,078.25. State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $910.00 lagging balance with their lender GM Financial after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $26,116.25 The revised settlement satisfied our clients $910.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $4,703.20 or 64.4%.
Net settlement increase was $7,038.00 or 36.9%
