GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Travelers Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Nissan Altima a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $20,844.13. Travelers settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $2,657.00 lagging balance with their lender NMAC after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $22,999.00. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $2,657.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $135.31 or 2.8%.
Net settlement increase was $3,592.31 or 17.2%
