GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Geico Insurance had deemed our client’s 2020 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $23,184.81. Geico settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $3,163.00 lagging balance with their lender Nissan Motor Acceptance after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $26,559.31. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $3,163.00 liability to his lender.
Net settlement increase was $3,374.50 or 14.6%
