GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Amica Mutual Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $20,164.88 Amica Mutual settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,596.50 lagging balance with their lender Truist after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $26,297.50. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,596.50 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $440.73 or 39.4%.
Net settlement increase was $6,132.62 or 30.4%
