Allstate settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $396.00 lagging balance with their lender Hyundai Credit Union after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $23,441.94. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $396.00 liability and  reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,660.38 or 18.7%.
Net settlement increase was $4,663.97 or 24.8%
