Our Client was involved in a left-side collision. The at-fault party had Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $12,511.08.
Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance paid $2,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
