Our Client was involved in a right rear collision. The at-fault party had CNA Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2018 Mercedes GLC300 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $12,751.79.
CNA Insurance paid $2,450.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
