Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had Home State County Mutual Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $3,337.90.
Home State County Mutual Insurance paid $300.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
