Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2018 Honda Fit back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $6,666.71.
Allstate Insurance paid $2,200.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
