Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2018 Mercedes Benz GLC300 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $16,967.78.
Allstate Insurance paid $5,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
