Our Client was involved in a left side collision. The at-fault party had Encompass Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2019 Hyundai Elantra back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $11,569.01.
Encompass Insurance paid $1,035.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
