GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Elephant Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Nissan Sentra a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $12,319.00. Elephant settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $778.00 lagging balance with their lender SSFCU after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $14,583.19. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $778.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $686.19 or 27.5%.
Net settlement increase was $2,264.19 or 18.4%
