2020 Toyota Tundra Diminished Value
Our Client was involved in a right-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2020 Toyota Tundra back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $30,510.42.
Allstate Insurance paid $4,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
