Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Sedgwick Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2017 Acura MDX back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $13,311.98.
Sedgwick Insurance paid $2,205.90 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
