Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Southern County Mutual Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 Maserati Ghibli Q4 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $3,336.15.
Southern County Mutual Insurance paid $2,387.50 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
