GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Chevrolet Malibu a Total Loss and offered him a settlement of $10,914.44. The Allstate Fire and Casualty settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $3,856.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $15,548.00. The revised settlement satisfied our client $3,856.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $197.56 or 3%.
Net settlement increase was $4,633.56 or 42.5%
