Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Bristol West Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $6,909.43.
Bristol West Insurance paid $1,048.50 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
