GAP Provider Liability Realignment
USAA Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Honda Accord a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $24,018.66. The USAA settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,189.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $26,646.23. The revised settlement satisfied our clients $1,189.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $843.97 or 29.2%.
Net settlement increase was $2,627.57 or 10.9%
