GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Texas Farm Bureau Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Hyundai Tucson a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $19,164.21. The Texas Farm Bureau settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $662.49 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $21,754.69. The revised settlement satisfied our client $662.49 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,340.37 or 43.2%.
Net settlement increase was $2,590.48 or 13.5%
