Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had Safeco Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2011 Jaguar XK back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $11,575.71.
Safeco Insurance paid $1,253.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
