Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2017 KIA Forte back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $5,678.48.
Allstate Insurance paid $1,750.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
