Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Auto Club Enterprises Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 Land Rover back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $3,398.04.
Auto Club Enterprises Insurance paid $1,850.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
