Our Client was involved in a right-side collision. The at-fault party had Farmers Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Lexus IS250 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $5,005.94.
Farmers Insurance paid $1,975.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
