Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had Chubb Group Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2020 Maserati Quattroporte back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $8,211.48.
Chubb Group Insurance paid $7,254.05 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
