Our Client was involved in a right-side collision. The at-fault party had Travelers Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Mercedes Benz CL550 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $11,834.32.
Travelers Insurance paid $4,800.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
