Our Client was involved in a rear-end collision. The at-fault party had USAA Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 Mercedes Benz CLA250 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $8,872.75.
USAA Insurance paid $1,256.82 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
