Our Client was involved in a left side collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $18,126.35.
Allstate Insurance paid $4,000.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
