Our Client was involved in a front-end collision. The at-fault party had American Access Casualty Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2015 Mercedes Benz GLA250 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $4,558.07.
American Access Casualty Insurance paid $2,400.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
