Our Client was involved in a right-side collision. The at-fault party had Allstate Insurance. The repair estimate required to return our client’s 2016 Mercedes Benz GLE350 back to its Pre-Wreck OEM Cosmetic Condition was $6,989.61.
Allstate Insurance paid $2,500.00 to settle the Inherent Diminished Value Claim.
