GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $19,982.88. The Allstate Fire and Casualty settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $707.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $22,613.63. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $707.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,328.55 or 52.2%.
Net settlement increase was $2,630.75 or 13.2%
