GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Trexis Insurance had deemed our client’s 2016 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $15,295.00. The Trexis settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $998.50 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $18,050.00. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $998.50 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,105.50 or 52.6%
Net settlement increase was $2,755.00 or 18.0%
