GAP Provider Liability Realignment
State Farm Insurance had deemed our client’s 2017 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $14,901.70. The State Farm settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $305.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $18,131.70. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $305.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $2,197.00 or 62.2%.
Net settlement increase was $3,230.00 or 21.7%
