GAP Provider Liability Realignment
Liberty Mutual Insurance had deemed our client’s 2018 Nissan Rogue a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $22,759.69. The Liberty Mutual settlement pass through GAP Provider deductions left our client with a $1,195.00 lagging balance with their lender after the GAP Benefit payment.
We successfully settled the claim for $26,564.50. The revised settlement satisfied our client’s $1,195.00 liability and reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,793.61 or 16.5%.
Net settlement increase was $3,804.81 or 16.7%
