Root Insurance had deemed our client’s 2015 Nissan Sentra a Total Loss and offered her a settlement of $12,183.62.
We successfully settled the claim for $14,577.91. The revised settlement reduced the GAP Provider liability $1,206.11 or 75.8%.
Net settlement increase was $2,394.29 or 19.7%
